The Code of Business Conduct of the company (the "Code") applies to all directors, officers and employees of NNN (each an "associate"). The Code cannot and is not intended to cover every applicable law or provide answers to all questions that might arise; for that we must ultimately rely on each associate's good sense of what is right, including a sense of when it is proper to seek guidance from others on the appropriate course of conduct.
The management of NNN values your input. That is why we have selected Ethics Point to provide us with an anonymous and confidential method to report misconduct. Please take the time to review our Code of Conduct Policy, which is attached. If you know of some misconduct or suspect some violation of the Code by an associate, please voice your concern. The information you provide will be sent to us by Ethics Point on a totally confidential basis and your anonymity will be protected.

After you complete your report you will be assigned a unique code called a "report key." Write down your report key and password and keep them in a safe place. After 5 business days, use your report key and password to check your report for feedback or questions.
